Empire Exchange is looking for a Staff/Retail Manager to join our team.
Empire Exchange is buy/sell/trade clothing store, with two locations in Montreal (and a sister store - Annex Vintage) in Mile End and Little Italy.
Qualifications:

Experience with staff management or human resources required

2+ years of retail experience or equivalent

Bilingual (spoken and written)

Experience with staff scheduling (weekly, monthly)

Positive and clear communicator

Highly organized in task management and record keeping

Proactive and able to work independently

Creative problem solving skills

Comfortable with a busy work environment

Experience with Lightspeed (or other POS/inventory systems), Google Workoffice, Ceridian (or other payroll systems)

Driver's license an asset
Role:
The Empire Exchange Staff/Retail Manager will oversee staff at all store locations and ensure smooth retail operations. Tasks include but are not limited to: creating store schedules, hiring and onboarding staff, daily liasing with staff, producing and maintaining staff resources and communications, overseeing staff management and floor management operations.
3 days per week minimum (Tues-Thurs ideally)
Salary: $18.50/hour or wage related to experience
